Ethics in Action Research and Education Center

The purpose of the center is to prepare students for the workplace and graduate study. The center promotes awareness of ethical issues and applied ethics research. Our goal is to create a more integrated and positive approach toward understanding and explaining human thriving in organizational settings.

The research and educational programs provided by the center are designed to explore and cultivate personal strengths and virtues in human development. In doing so, we help support and encourage individual and organizational ethical health, ethical decision-making and professional moral courage in the workplace. The intention is to help individuals learn how to develop and manage rigorous and honest awareness that supports personal responsibility and virtuous performance.

The center depends on support from people who care about ethics education and research. Gifts of any amount make a difference in helping us achieve our goals. We appreciate and are grateful for donations in any amount.
