Submit Enrollment Deposit

Newly Admitted Students

Congratulations and welcome to the Menlo College Family. Although you will be contacted by an Enrollment Specialist to get you through the rest of the enrollment process, here is a quick list of items you will complete prior to New Student Orientation.

1. Submit your enrollment deposit

2. Schedule a phone appointment with your Enrollment Specialist

3. Submit your Housing Application – If applicable

The Fall 2021 Housing Application will be available in February of 2021.

4. Submit your Housing Deposit – If applicable

Click here to pay your housing deposit. Your housing deposit must be paid prior to move-in day and is required to secure your place in housing. 

5. Make an appointment with Financial Aid

6 . Opt out of Menlo Health Insurance – If applicable

Health insurance is required for all full-time students attending Menlo College. Menlo is offering a plan to ensure that all registered and enrolled traditional students can have affordable, comprehensive health coverage while attending college so you can stay healthy and achieve your educational goals.

If you wish to be enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) for Spring 2021, do not submit a waiver. You will be automatically enrolled.  More information about the 2020-2021 Student Health Insurance Plan is available on the website www.4studenthealth.com/menlo

Waiving SHIP

If you currently have other health insurance coverage through an employer, spouse, or parent, and your coverage meets certain criteria that Menlo College has determined best suit the needs of its students, you may waive out of SHIP. You must complete one waiver per academic term. For more information about waiving, view our helpful Waiver FAQ here. If you have your current insurance documents and are ready to waive, click the link below to go to the waiver portal.

The deadline to waive SHIP for the Spring semester is January 26, 2021.
Please note: Your coverage will be verified.

Any requests to appeal a waiver denial must be emailed to mfowler@menlo.edu by February 2, 2021 to be considered.  In order to be considered for a waiver appeal you must send the denial letter along with your primary insurance.
